Our Story
Baan Paa โ "Forest House" in Thai โ was born from a dream to bring the raw, untamed flavors of Thailand's jungle villages to the city. Our founder, Chef Somchai, spent decades trekking through the northern highlands, learning recipes passed down through generations of hill tribe families.
Every dish at Baan Paa is a journey into the wild. We source our herbs from local farms, our spices from Thai mountain markets, and our inspiration from the jungle itself. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just pure, fierce Thai flavor.
